The Court:- This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator. Learned advocates for both parties submit that for the ends of justice, mandate of the arbitrator is required to be extended. The matter is at the stage of final arguments.

There is no objection with regard to the maintainability of this application. This Court extends the mandate of the learned arbitrator by a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order. The application is disposed of.
