The Court : This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the full and complete accounts the Estate of the testator. By an order dated 6 September, 2019, a Coordinate Bench had permitted the propounder of the Will to file the inventory of the estate as well as the accounts by September 9, 2019.

I have considered the averments made in this application. I am satisfied that there are sufficient grounds as to why the permission from the appropriate Authorities for transferring the immovable property to the Trust I could not take place.

In view of the aforesaid, there shall be an order in terms of prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summon.

With the aforesaid directions, GA 2 of 2022 stands disposed of. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) SK.
