...UOI The Court: The petitioner seeks a direction to the railways to allow Advocates to avail of the limited railway facilities on local trains now available. It will be open to the petitioner or any body of Advocates to request the railway authorities for consideration of the request. Without such activity being completed, the petition appears to be premature.

WPO No. 351 of 2020 is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to request the railway authorities as aforesaid. There will be no order as to costs.
