...for the defendant no.1 The Court : Learned counsel for the plaintiff places a letter from the plaintiff to its lawyers dated 1st July, 2021 which instructs the latter for withdrawing the suit. The reason given is that the plaintiff has obtained its dues from the first defendant as per a meeting held on 24th November, 2020.

The minutes show that the plaintiff has received the payment by way of three instalments.

The defendant no.1 is represented. The prayers in the plaint are against the defendant no.1.

In view of the above, CS No.116 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. All interim orders are vacated.
