The Court :- Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petition ought to have been filed in the Commercial Division. In fact a petition has been filed in the Commercial Division. He seeks leave to withdraw the present application without prejudice to his rights to prosecute the petition filed in the Commercial Division. The respondent is represented.

In such circumstances, the petitioners are allowed to withdraw AP No. 309 of 2020 without prejudice to his rights to prosecute his grievances before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. (DEBANGSU BASAK, J.) snn.
