(Via Video Conference) The Court: This contempt application arises out of alleged violation of an order dated 24th November, 1998 passed in Award Case No. 136 of 1993. The matter appeared in the list on 12th August, 2021, when no one appeared on behalf of any of the parties even at the second call.
