The Court: Mr. Swatarup Banerjee, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that steps have been taken for commencement of the arbitration. He, accordingly, submits that interim order passed may be extended for a further period of eight weeks from date and the Section 9 application be disposed of.

In light of the above submissions, the interim orders passed in this matter are extended for a period of eight weeks or until further orders passed by the learned Arbitrator whichever is earlier.
