The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties. Counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that the arbitration has already commenced and steps have been taken by the petitioner before the Arbitrator. She further submits that the Section 9 application is now infructuous and accordingly may be disposed of.

In light of the submissions made, AP 84 of 2022 is disposed of. The interim order passed on 19th May, 2022 shall continue for a period of four weeks or until further orders passed by the learned Arbitrator whichever is earlier. (SHEKHAR B. SARAF, J.) sp/
