The Court:

This is an application alleging violation of a decree dated 10 December, 2024. By the decree, the alleged contemnor had undertaken not to use the trade name and style 'Adi Mohini Mohan' in any manner like cash memo etc. It is alleged that in deliberate and intentional violation of the undertaking given to Court, the alleged contemnor has started doing business in the name 'The Mohini Mohan' and has also subsequently applied for a trade mark in respect thereof.

Pursuant to an order dated 7 May, 2025, the alleged contemnor is present in Court and undertakes to remove the name 'Mohini' from all his hoardings, glow sign, bills etc and any from doing business using the word 'Mohini'. The above exercise should be completed within 14 days from the date of passing of this order.

With the above directions, CC-COM/5/2025 stands disposed of. The presence of the alleged contemnor is noted and dispensed with. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) SK.
