The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that in view of the fact that the judgment-debtors are not traceable, the decree-holder does not want to proceed any further with this application. In such circumstances, EC/249/2015 stands dismissed. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to take back the original copy of the award filed and replace the same with photocopy thereof.
