In view of the aforesaid, EC No.205 of 2020 is dismissed as not pressed. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file an appropriate execution application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award sought to be executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
