Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment-debtor has submitted that all interest payable by the judgment-debtor according to judgment passed by this Court on 19th January, 2023 has been paid to the decree-holder through NEFT.

Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the decree-holder has also submitted that the decree-holder has received the entire interest through NEFT. It is prayed for disposal of this execution case in full satisfaction. Thus, the execution case being EC No.250 of 2015 stands disposed of in full satisfaction.
