The Court :- This is an application for letters of administration for the estate left behind by the above named deceased. The widow of the deceased has applied for letters of administration for the estate left behind by her husband. The value of the estate as appears from the affidavit of assets is Rs.3,14,40,421/- Consent affidavit by the only son who would have inherited the Estate left behind by the deceased as his legal heirs/heiresses on the death in intestacy of the deceased has been filed.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the letters of administration to the applicant is granted by allowing the petition in terms of prayer [a] of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.32,00,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
