The Court:- The impugned judgment and order has been made under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. No appeal from such an order lies under Section 37 of the said Act. Hence, this appeal (APO No. 89 of 2021) and the connected application (IA No. GA 1 of 2021) are dismissed.
