The Court : The parties have entered into a compromise. A terms of settlement dated 14th February, 2023 recording the compromise is filed in Court and taken on record after permitting the parties to delete the GA number typed out therein as the terms of settlement is required to be filed in the suit to record the compromise. The terms and conditions recorded in the said terms of settlement appear to be lawful. Let the suit be decreed in terms of the terms of settlement. The decree be drawn up by treating this terms of settlement signed by the parties and their respective advocates as part of the decree.
