The Court :- This is an application by the executor for grant of letters of administration with the authenticated copy of the last Will and Testament dated 20th September, 2013 left behind by the above named deceased. All the legal heirs being the brothers of the husband of the deceased have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration with authenticated copy of the Will is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- with three sureties of Rs.10 lakhs each.

The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
