The Court:- This is an application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. This application has been filed post the making of an award. No copy of the award is annexed to this petition. However, there is a mere reference to the said award in the pleadings. The petitioner has neither chosen it fit nor proper to annex a copy of the award to this application.

In my view, this is a fatal defect in this application. In view of the aforesaid, AP/91/2022 is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application with appropriate annexures for the selfsame reliefs in accordance with law. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) D.Ghosh
