The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 11th November, 2021.

It is submitted on behalf of the judgement debtor that the award was only served on the 23rd December, 2021 and the time to file an application challenging the award under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has still not expired. In view of the aforesaid, EC No.74 of 2022 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is also granted to the decree holder to take back the original certified copy of the award after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
