The Court : By consent of the parties, the matter is taken up for hearing. This is an execution application. The award-debtor is represented and submits that by an order dated 30 September, 2021 passed by the Division Bench in APO/117/2020 with AP/858/2012 (United Conveyor Corporation(India) Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Pravash Kumar Mukherjee) the parties have amicably settled their disputes. The award-holder appears in person and submits the parties have resolved all their disputes.

In view of the aforesaid, EC/208/2020 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
