...For the State The Court : Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 19th August, 2021 blocking the petitioner's electronic credit ledger which according to the petitioner in view of Rule 86A of WBGST Rule 2017 has ceased to have any effect after expiry of one year from the date of passing such order.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that no further order is needed to be passed in this writ petition since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by unblocking the electronic credit ledger of the petitioner.

Considering such submission of the respondents, this writ petition being WPO 1084 of 2022 along with the application being IA GA 1 of 2022 are disposed of without passing any further order. (MD. NIZAMUDDIN, J.) TR/
