The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration as in case of intestacy of the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased. General citation was issued and publication made. No testamentary caveat has been lodged by any of the persons cited. "No Caveat Certificate" has been issued by the department.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (c) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for sum of Rs.1,50,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
