The Court :- The widow of the deceased has applied for letters of administration for the estate left behind by her husband. The value of the estate as appears from the affidavit of assets is Rs.64,76,563.98P. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the letters of administration to the applicant is granted by allowing the petition in terms of prayer [a] of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.6,50,000/- with two sureties. The petition for letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
