..for the petitioner The Court : Read order dated February 12, 2021. I am thankful to Mrs. Banerjee and Mr. Mukherjee who represent the two parties for agreeing upon three personnel, one of whom can be appointed as the sole arbitrator.

The arbitration clause is not in dispute. It is also not in dispute that disputes have arisen between the parties.

Accordingly, I appoint Mr. Ratna Sen, Bar-At-Law, Bar Library Club, Calcutta High Court (Mob No:9830057921) as the sole arbitrator to

adjudicate upon the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the contract that contains the arbitration clause. The arbitrator shall be free to fix his fees. He will be at liberty to engage secretarial staff to hold the arbitral proceedings and to fix the remuneration of the secretarial staff. The arbitrator's fees and the remuneration of the secretarial staff will be paid by the parties in equal shares.

AP No. 326 of 2020 is, accordingly, disposed of. (ARIJIT BANERJEE, J.) D.Ghosh
