1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. Both parties submit that the mandate is required to be extended for the ends of justice. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired in April, 2025. The learned Arbitrator was appointed by the High Court.

2. The arbitral proceeding is at the stage of arguments.

3. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award.
