The Court: Affidavit of service is taken on record. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. It is submitted that the arguments are near completion and the parties wish to file their written notes. It is also submitted that the mandate is going to expire on 2nd May, 2025. Mr. Agarwal does not oppose the prayer for extension of the mandate and submits that the mandate is required to be extended to enable the learned arbitrator to make and publish his award.

Accordingly, for the ends of justice, the mandate is extended for a further period of eight months from the date of communication of this order to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within the extended period.
