The judgment-debtor is produced under arrest. It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that they do not wish to proceed any further with this execution application and seek liberty to withdraw this execution application.

In such circumstances, EC/172/2018 stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to take back the original of the award dated 27th November, 2017 and replace the same with the photocopy thereof.

The presence of the concerned police official is noted and dispensed with for the time being.

All interim orders stand vacated.

The warrants of arrest stand discharged.

EC/172/2018 stands dismissed.
