The Court: The Advocate-on-Record on behalf of the applicant being the son of the deceased, submits that the direction given by a learned Single Judge by an order dated 20th February, 2020 on the department for carrying out the amendments within four weeks from the date of communication of the order was not done.

The order was communicated by the applicant on 27th February, 2020. A prayer is made for extension of time for compliance of the order. The department is directed to comply with the order and carry out the amendments within two weeks from date.
