The Court:- Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties and the fair submissions made by them, it appears to the Court that the mandate of the learned arbitrator is required to be extended. The dispute is with regard to dissolution of the partnership firm and distribution of its assets. The mandate of the learned arbitrator expired on 18th April 2025. The arbitration proceeding is at the stage of witness action. Ends of justice demand that the mandate should be extended considering that substantial progress has been made in the proceeding. The mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended for a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order.

The application is disposed of.
