The Court :- This is an application for letters of administration by the only son of the deceased. The daughter of the deceased has given consent. The value of the estate as appears from the affidavit of assets is Rs.1,71,12,775/-.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the letters of administration to the applicant is granted by allowing the petition in terms of prayer [a] of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.17,11,277.50/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
