The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the PLA application with liberty to file afresh. He further prays for leave to use the Court fees that has been used in the present PLA application being PLA/225/2021.

In view of the submissions made, PLA/225/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to use the Court fees in the fresh probate application to be filed by the petitioner. The Department is also directed to hand over the original Will back to the Advocate-on-Record appearing on behalf of the petitioner on submission of a copy of the Will to the Department.
