The Court : The petitioner seeks withdrawal of this writ petition. The applicant in GA No. 447 of 2020 submits that he had taken the point of locus of the petitioner no. 2 to represent the petitioner no. 1. It is in this background, that the petitioner no. 2 seeks withdrawal of the writ petition. None of the other respondents have any objection to the petitioner seeking withdrawal of this writ petition.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPO No. 256 of 2017 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The letter of withdrawal written by the petitioner no. 2 be kept with the records of this case. All connected interlocutory applications stand automatically disposed off.
