The Court: In the order dated August 5, 2024, orders were passed directing the Deputy Sheriff to arrest the contemnors and to commit them to civil prison. However, due to bona fide inadvertence, no direction was passed regarding payment of subsistence allowance. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to deposit subsistence allowance by tomorrow.
