I have heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perused the materials on record. It appears that subsequent to filing of the suit the bank

guarantee has been directed to be released and the plaintiff has no further cause of action.

In light of the same, IA No.GA/2/2022 is allowed. IA No.GA/1/2022 is disposed of.
