It is found from the record that since 19th June, 2019 none appeared on behalf of the plaintiffs. The matter was lastly fixed on 31st July, 2023. On the said date none appeared on behalf of the plaintiffs but for the interest of justice, the case was adjourned with the rider that if the plaintiff would not appear on the next date fixed appropriate orders would be passed. Today when the matter was called, none appears on behalf of the plaintiffs and no accommodation is sought for.

Accordingly, CS/92/2018 is dismissed for default. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
