The Court: None appears on behalf of the plaintiff. By an order dated 1st May, 2023, this Court had passed an order as per the prayer made by the counsel for the plaintiff and the counsel for the plaintiff was given liberty to withdraw the Power from the instant suit. The said order was passed as per the communication dated 3rd April, 2023. It is found from the record that in spite of the communication received by the plaintiff from the advocate-on-record, the plaintiff has not come forward either to engage any other lawyer or to proceed with the case. Accordingly, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss CS/128/2020.
