...for the respondent The Court :- On a point with regard to jurisdiction being taken on behalf of the respondent that, the dispute is a 'commercial dispute' within the meaning of Section 2(1)(c)(xx) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the application and file the same afresh in the Commercial Division.

In such circumstances, AP No.333 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action before the appropriate forum.
