Accordingly, I appoint Mrs. Shukla Banerjee, Advocate, Bar Library Club (M: 9831040997) as an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties enumerated in the letter dated 12th April, 2021 of the advocate-on-record for the petitioner to the respondents and the statements of claim, counter statement, counter claim etc to be filed before her. The remuneration of the learned arbitrator is to be borne according to the fourth schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The learned arbitrator is requested to enter upon the reference forthwith and to make and publish the award within one year from the date of communication of this order.
