The Court: This is an application filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is submitted on behalf of the parties that for unavoidable reasons the Arbitral Tribunal has been unable to conclude the proceedings.

The respondent is represented and does not object to the prayer for extension.

I have considered the averments in this application and I am satisfied that there are sufficient grounds and good cause as to why the Arbitral Tribunal was unable to conclude the arbitral proceedings.

In such circumstances, by consent of the parties, AP-COM/525/2024 stands allowed by extending the mandate of the Arbitrator by a further of period of six months from the date of passing of this order. With the aforesaid directions, AP-COM/525/2024 stands disposed of. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) SK.
