The Court : The Report filed by the Receiver be kept with the records. It is submitted that the Report has been served on the respondents. Mr. Banerjee, Advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed in further at this stage on the application. In view of the aforesaid, AP No. 318 of 2021 stands disposed of. The Receiver shall remain in possession of the subject assets in terms of the order dated 18 August 2021.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Arbitral Tribunal for further reliefs.

In view of the continuance of the Receiver, an amount of 1000 GMs be paid by the petitioner to the Receiver on a monthly basis till further orders of the Arbitral Tribunal.
