1. Mr. Altamash Alim, learned Counsel, is appearing for the plaintiff.

2. The matter is listed as "To Be Mentioned" on the prayer made by the Counsel for the plaintiff.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Counsel for the plaintiff has handed over the document dated 2nd January, 2025 wherein the authorized signatory of the plaintiff and the authorized signatory of the defendant have signed the said document. In the said document it is mentioned that the parties have settled their disputes for a total sum of Rs.12,09,000/- being the full and final settlement up to 30th December, 2024.

4. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that in terms of the said settlement entered between the parties, the defendant has paid the total full and final settlement of Rs.12,09,000/- to the plaintiff and the plaintiff has acknowledged the same.

5. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that as the parties have settled their disputes and accordingly, the signatory of the plaintiff has sent an e-mail to the learned Counsel for the plaintiff informing that the matter has been settled and prayed for withdrawal of the suit.

6. In view of the communication dated 10th March, 2025, learned Counsel for the plaintiff prays for withdrawal of the suit.

7. Considered the submission made by the Counsel for the plaintiff. Perused the communication dated 2nd January, 2025 as well as 10th March, 2025.

8. This Court finds that parties have settled their disputes and the plaintiff has received full and final settlement amount of Rs.12,09,000/- and has prayed for withdrawal of the suit.

9. In view of the above, CS-COM/479/2024 (Old No. CS/47/2023) [Transafe Services Limited Vs. M/s. Jak Maritime And Logistics India Pvt Ltd.] is dismissed as withdraw.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

11. The communication dated 2nd January, 2025 and 10th March, 2025 be kept with the record.
