The Court:- Affidavit of service is taken on record. Learned advocate for the respondents does not raise any objection with regard to maintainability of the application. This is an application for second extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator. The mandate of the learned arbitrator expired on April 9, 2025. The proceedings are at the stage of arguments.

Under such circumstances and for the ends of justice, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within the extended period. Accordingly, AP-COM/338/2025 is disposed of.
