...for the State The Court: Petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file application under West Bengal Sales Tax (Settlement of Dispute) Act, 1999.

Considering his prayer, petitioner is allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file application for settlement under the aforesaid Act.

Accordingly, WPO/303/2012 along with IA NO. GA/3/2021 stands disposed of.

Department is directed to correct the cause title as per application for amendment which has already been allowed.
