This application is for leave to withdraw AP/384/2019 based on communication received by the Advocate-on-record of the petitioner from the Director of the petitioner on 6th March, 2021. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner also placed minutes of meeting of the petitioner held on 5th March, 2021 which authorizes the Director to withdraw the arbitration petition.

None appears for the respondent. This Court however sees no difficulty in allowing the application in terms of prayer (a). The applicant

is given leave to withdraw AP/384/2019 which is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim orders, if any, are void and all connected applications including GA/1/2021 are disposed of.
