It is found from record that the matter was listed on 21st November, 2022 but none appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation was sought for. But for the ends of justice, the case is adjourned till 30th November, 2022 under the heading "For Orders". The matter was listed on 5th December, 2022 and when the matter was called Counsel for the petitioner has prayed for two weeks time and accordingly, the time was granted till today. When the matter is called today none appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for. It is found from record that the application is filed in the year 2014 and subsequently till date the petitioner has not taken any steps till date. Accordingly, this Court finds that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, PLA No. 69 of 2014 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
