3. After the last line of paragraph 6 on page 3 of the order, the following sentence shall be added:

<The Tribunal shall proceed to decide the matter uninfluenced by the observations of the Single Bench.=

4. At the end of paragraph 7 of the order, the following sentence shall be added: <All interim orders passed in the appeal shall stand vacated.=
