The Court:- This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator. The mandate of the learned arbitrator is going to expire on June 21, 2025. The respondent does not raise any objection with regard to the maintainability of this application. The proceeding is at the stage of final arguments.

Under such circumstances and for the ends of justice, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further period of eight months from the date of communication of this order, within which time, the learned Arbitrator shall make and publish the award.

Accordingly, AP-COM/344/2025 is disposed of.
