When the matter is called today, learned Counsel for the plaintiff and defendant No. 1 had appeared.

None appears on behalf of the defendant No. 2. Counsel for the plaintiff has drawn the attention of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 7th May, 2019 wherein the Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed this Court to decide the suit in accordance with law on its merit.

Counsel for the plaintiff submits that in spite of the liberty given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court the defendant are not filed written statement till date.

Counsel for the defendant No. 1 prays for two days time. In view of the submissions made by the Counsel for the respective parties, two days time is granted to the defendant No. 1 to take appropriate instruction.
