...For the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 The Court : This is an appeal challenging an order dated 17th January, 2017 passed by the Arbitrator. It is submitted on behalf of the parties that the impugned order was passed under Section 16 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The appellant is represented.

It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that they do not want to proceed with this appeal and seek liberty to withdraw the same. In this connection, a letter dated 16th February, 2022 has also been filed in Court.
