The Court : The petitioner has filed an application praying for modification of the order dated 27th November, 2019. The application for modification has been filed along with an application praying for condonation of delay. I have gone through the averments made in the application for condonation of delay and satisfied with the grounds mentioned therein. Accordingly, the delay in filing the application for modification stands condoned. The application stands allowed. G.A. No. 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

As regards the application for modification, the respondents seek time to file an opposition in the matter.

On such prayer, the respondents are granted time till 19th January, 2021 for filing opposition; reply, if any, be filed within 27th January, 2021. Let the matter appear on 29th January, 2021.
