...for the respondents The Court: Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an extension of time for the learned Arbitrator, appointed vide order dated May 2, 2024, to communicate his consent to the Registrar, Original Side of this Court. It is submitted that since a prayer was made subsequently by the respondents for correction of the said order dated May 2, 2024, which was ultimately carried out, the learned Arbitrator could not make the communication in terms of the order dated May 2, 2024 within the timeline stipulated therein. Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose such prayer. Accordingly, the time for communication of consent given to the learned Arbitrator is extended for a further one week from date.
